How is the singles scene in Tampa, Florida (for a 22-year-old guy)? Is it easy to find single girls?

I saw online that it was ranked last place out of the 40 biggest U.S. cities in number of singles, does that mean that it’s family-oriented and not a good place for younger people around college age and that it’s hard to pick up/find singles at clubs, parties, events, etc?

I’ve lived in the Bay area my whole life. I’m 20 and there are loads of single girls that are your age. I promise you they aren’t hard to find. All you’d really have to do is take a trip down to one of the colleges and you’d be sure to find many single girls. Or go to Ybor and hit the clubs!

There are plenty of young singles if you know where to look. Go down in the SoHo area on Friday and Saturday night. They’re all over the place.
