    The only website you can do this legally with is spiralfrog.com. The bad thing is that you can’t put it on an ipod. It’s totally free and legal, but you have to make an account and download the song manager. There is no viruses because I own it. Oh and one more thing, you have to renew account every month and answer some questions about yourself… but you can just lie. The reason it’s legal is they have a ton of ads on their site that they use to pay the artists, but you don’t have to click on them or anything. Hope this helps!

    What i do when i want some top 40’s just look at Billboard or other chart, copy paste the list and start downloading song by song with Ares or Limewire, even there are some torrents that contains the best hits month by month, you just need a torrent client like utorrent.
