I’m a Yahoo Personals member. I live in China, but can not read Chinese. Can I change the screen to English?

    do you mean the screen as a display or the screen as a Chinese Windows?
    If you mean change Chinese Windows into English Windows — can be installed on your personal computer only
    Chinese Windows is Microsoft Windows localized
    otherwise hopeless
