One of the singles is requesting the master bedroom (which isn’t larger but has a walk-in closet and personal bathroom the other rooms lack) while the rent distribution remains 25% for each person. The couple requests the master bedroom or else they only feel like they should pay 40% of the rent with 50% of the utilities. The third person has no opinion. What do you guys think?
