    Maybe he lost his smile and ego years ago…..nothing wrong with letting other people get the spotlight…..its not like the whole company revolves around him……its not like he intentionally works with people only to destroy them at the end so they won’t take his spot.

    No he’s not in the doghouse, he’s actually the opposite. Hbk cares about the younger talent and wants them to hold major titles like he did in his prime. He wants to give others the spotlight and not hog it because he’s been in the business for so long. In other words he doesn’t abuse his power, he uses it for the good of the company. Unlike some wrestlers on top right now.
