Liquor store selling singles?

Hi there,

I recently turned 19 (legal drinking age where I live) and I always wanted to try a certain cooler. My question is… do liquor stores sell single bottles of drinks??? I know it sounds really stupid… but I’ve never been in there before, and if I go in there to browse then not buy anything it would look awfully suspicious because I still look like I’m 15.

Thanks in advance!

Every liquor store is different. It all depends on the owner. In most cases, they won’t sell singles except for the most popular beers because if they sold everything singles, then their inventory would be a mess.

Many liquor stores in the US sell individual bottles of select brands, but the choices are usually pretty limited. Also, some stores here allow you to mix and match individual bottles of these select alcoholic beverages but still require that you purchase bottles in groups of six.

meh what are they gona do? If your legal your entitled to browse as much as you like..
In terms of beer, unless they stock 700ml bottles or similar, they’ll probably sell their beers in six packs. Try your luck

if you’re of legal drinking age then it can’t hurt to go and look around
