    the key word is IF, he never held any world title so he cant be considered in the same level as former champions

    Smith was good, by Dynamite Kid was a better overall technician. Sadly, Kid paid a price, and was a deuch backstage.

    Yes, Smith never held the World Title. He also never held the light heavyweight or the woman’s titles for obvious reasons.
