Are Kool-aid singles better for you than the Kool-aid you mix yourself?

I noticed that Kool-aid singles have less calories and sugar per 8oz serving than the kool-aid you add sugar and water to yourself. Does this mean it is better for you? I love kool-aid and am trying to drink it instead of alot of soda, but I have heard that kool-aid can be as bad for you as soda. Is that true and if so would drinking the kool-aid singles be any better? I also like the propel(made by gatorade) that you add to bottled water. I know these are not as good for you as drinking water, but isn’t it better than drinking soda?

My simple answer… don’t drink kool-aid! theres a great drink mix called ful-fill, it’s a wal-mart brand mix and it taste great with zero calories. The flavor i go with is kiwi strawberry. The sugar in kool-aid isn’t as bad as the soda but i would go with that propel, or as i mentioned ful-fill. Not to mention they have vitamins included.
If you’re really worried about your sugar intake, scrap the sodas for sure, drink kool-aid if you having withdrawls ;), and propel/ful-fill if you want whats best for you.
take care.
