Date Singles Now

Two single people and a couple I know are trying to work out living arrangements between the 4 of them, and have asked me for advice. One of the singles is requesting the master bedroom (which isn’t larger but has a walk-in closet and personal bathroom the other rooms lack) while the rent distribution remains 25% for each person. The couple requests the master bedroom or else they only feel like they should pay 40% of the rent with 50% of the utilities. The third person has no opinion. What do you guys think? Where my friends and I rent a condo in Panama City that will allow singles under 25 years of age? We don’t want to stay in a hotel because we want more room, but every condo that we look at says they don’t rent to singles under 25 (unless accompanied by someone over 25, but we′re not doing that).

Does anyone know of a specific condo complex or specific condo? Thanks so much for any help!
