What it mean when a guy singles you out?

Ok maybe that’s not the right way to put my question but…I sent a friend request to this guy I met at school on facebook. He accepted me and also left a wall post in the span of three minutes. I noticed that after he left me a wall post he hasn’t written on anyone else’s wall, including a girl or two who have left him posts, he hasn’t replied to.

Basically he singled me out. Does it mean anything?
